Cancer of the Heart (primary cardiac tumor) is cancer that arises in the heart.

Although cancer of the heart is still rare, most cancers found in the heart have come from elsewhere in the body. Cancers that begin near the heart, such as lung cancer, can grow to involve the heart or the lining around the heart (pericardial sac).

Or this cancer can begin elsewhere in the body and spread to the heart through the bloodstream. Cancers that may affect the heart include breast cancer, kidney cancer, lung cancer, leukemia, lymphoma and melanoma, among others.

Night Duties and Shift

This goes along with being sedentary and it is something you need to be aware of. According to the National Cancer Institute, obesity has been associated with increased risks of esophagus, pancreas, colon and rectum, breast, kidney, and thyroid cancer.

Turmeric is a spice well-known for its health-promoting properties. Curcumin, its active ingredient, is a chemical with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and even anticancer effects.

6. Citrus Fruits
Eating citrus fruits such as lemons, limes, grapefruits and oranges has been associated with a lower risk of cancer in some studies.

7. Tomatoes
Lycopene is a compound found in tomatoes that is responsible for its vibrant red color as well as its anticancer properties.

8. Garlic
The active component in garlic is allicin, a compound that has been shown to kill off cancer cells in multiple test-tube studies

When possible, surgical removal is the treatment of choice for all primary heart tumors.

Cancer of the heart exist though rare, and its treatment is like no treatment.
So to be on the safer side we advice that you prevent it at all cost,by avoiding some habits as stated above, adopting some food or supplementing them in your diet, and always visit a physician when you start noticing the symptoms.
