Ingredients: 1/2 cup dried elderberries, 3/4 cup filtered water, 1.5 cups lemon or lime juice, 3 tsp pectin (sugar-free), 1/2 cup date paste (or vegetable glycerine)


How to Make:

  1. Soak elderberries in water and leave them overnight
  1. Morning next, boil berries, water and lemon juice
